We offer quality training for Intermediate and Advanced Apprentices in Housing and Customer Care at Levels 2 and 3. These are currently funded, providing a flexible and cost effective way of upskilling existing staff as well as providing a structured training programme for new staff. New Apprenticeship Levy
In response to the apprenticeship levy introduced in April 2017 we are also talking to employers about the new Housing Apprenticeship Standards at levels 2, 3 and 4, with the aim of developing a delivery model for each level that is tailored to specific needs and which enables organisations to maximise their levy contribution. We are also developing models for Customer Services and Business Administration apprenticeships.
